I have an Arlo camera at home and then setup 2 Essential Cameras at my Mum's place (separate address). I set them up on my phone (Android) and had no problems. I then tried to add them to her phone (iOS), but then had real issues. The camera would recognise the QR code on her phone, but then at the next step her phone would fail to find the camera although they are definitely on the same wireless network. To try and get around the issue I gave her access via an email link. This at least enabled her to get notifications. The problem here though was that clicking on the link took her through to the Arlo app but there were no devices for her to see what the notification was about. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Thanks @DannyBearAgain. That sorted it. I needed to remove the account from my phone first.
It would be great if Arlo had better error messages. Very frustrating having to go through that process multiple times, and having to manually enter WiFi passwords, change between WiFi bands etc. to simply receive a message that the camera can't be found. If it had said you can only have 1 Admin account at a time, that would have immediately saved me all my lost time. Anyway, not your issue, just me ranting :-).
Thanks again!

Normally you would have your camera at your home installed on your account and your mother’s cameras installed at her home on her account. You can then have her account share her cameras to your account for monitoring.
If a camera is installed into an account it will need to be removed before it can be installed into another account.
Granted access is a method to share cameras between accounts.
