I have had to change my modem and since then I have been unable to connect to Arlo on my phone or tablet or my computer and it says that I don't have a subscription, however I paid for a 12 months subscription. Has anyone else had a similar problem.

I'm confused - you say you can't connect to Arlo but then say it says you don't have a subscription which you can only tell if you're connected. Do you mean the system is shown as offline or similar?
Are you sure you're using the original login credentials and not a second account (perhaps you granted yourself access at some point)?

I logged into my Arlo Account on my computer with no problem and once I did that I was able to log on to my account on my phone, however I still was not able to see my cameras. I then deleted them from my account and tried to reinstall them via my computer and my phone and it goes through all the steps up to looking for cameras but it keeps on coming up "no camers were found".
