App icon showing two images, but no new recordings in feed

This new app is absolutely useless. The app icon is showing that two images have been captured on my device, yet when I go into feed there are no new cctv recordings. Anyone know why this is happening and what can I do to clear the display?

Are you talking about the badge counter? Try going to the feed page more than once - I've found that can clear the counter.
