The battery was low on the device a couple of days ago so I followed the same procedure as always and took out the battery, charged it up and when it was fully charged put it back in. Simple. However, this time, it is not coming back online. If you press the doorbell button it flashes white leds like it’s trying to sync and continues for a long while until it flashes orange for a few times before switching off. I have tried everything to reset it including removing the battery (and waiting 15-30secs) and reinstalling the battery, putting the battery on charge again to make sure it is fully charged, removing the device from the Arlo app, factory resetting and re-adding the device, rebooting the router and even removing the device (and settings) from the authorised device list. Have factory reset and re-added the doorbell to the app at least 3 times. It scans the QR code and gives the success tone each time but upon completion it remains offline. It was working perfectly fine before I removed the battery to charge it up. I don’t know what is preventing it from working as it was just two days ago.

I had planned to do that through the app but when it said call or chat to support I posted here instead. I’m very busy with work and family and don’t have time to chat or talk to someone. This method has served me well before.
