App can’t find my camera

I’ve attempted a factory test. When I attempt to reinstall the camera, it can scan the QR code and chime but it never finds my camera.

Was the camera successfully installed before?  Or is it new?

 

If you are using your phone to onboard it, then try using a PC (windows or mac) instead - browsing to my.arlo.com.  Also be sure to select the correct model (Essential spotlight if you have the spotlight, Essential if you don't).
