So my camera connection in the Arlo app is perfect. Notifications working as should through app and google home. But the live stream preview on google home is not showing up. Says camera is offline. Any fix for this?

Have you tried re-adding the camera to the home app or linking your Arlo account to Google home app again?

I have 9 cameras. Once in a while, when I first bring the app up on my phone, I'll get maybe 3 or 4 of them show the same message.. ."showing offline". There's no rhyme or reason to which one's do it, either.
I have learned that if I just wait a bit... that shortly they'll come back to life on their own. I used to get frustrated and try to do all kinds of functions trying to bring them back on line. When they're "offline", the "restart" function button isn't enabled, so you can't do that.... unlinking and relinking doesn't actually help speed things up.... I think it's just a glitch in the entire system...
My phone just notified me of movement out in the alley behind the house... I brought up the Arlo screen to look... and both of the cameras in the alley showed "offline"... but the "motion detection" icon was "illuminated", indicating they were recording, lol.
The system had recorded the video footage... and it was in the library... but the things were showing offline. I clicked and watched the video just now... and after it was over, I went back to "devices"... and both of those cameras were back on line....
I think it's a problem with "their" system, not your cameras...

I’ve tried that multiple times. Not go. In fact, when I click unlink device in google google, Arlo doesn’t even show up in my list of accounts that linked lol. Super weird cause I still get notifications through google home that Arlo detected something.

Yeah l, I’ve done about everything I can think of, I’m fine just opening the Arlo app to review footage or check live feed, I just get frustrated cause I use to be able to view all my cameras from google home, not all are Arlo, the others are nest.
