Do you have to have Administrative Rights to add 3 Arlo Essential cameras to a base station that has 3 older Arlo cameras?  There are four of us who can get into Arlo with our apps.  But no one knows how to get to the Administrative Rights to make changes with the cameras.  There is no phone number to call Arlo for help and Chat is useless.  Any help will be appreciated.

Only the primary account can add or remove cameras.  Friend accounts cannot.

One of the accounts should be able to see and change the camera settings when they go into the "settings" part of the app.  It will also show the base station when you look in settings->my devices. That would be the primary account.
