Adding device to admin failed

I have 2 cameras and just bought the doorbell cam. But adding it to a different user's profile indicates operation failed. The first two were added without issues. The doorbell appears on their list but doesn't save and indicates operation failed.

Are you trying to install the doorbell to two accounts?  That cannot be done.

 

Instead, you need to use the "Friend" account feature.

This is also happening to me. I can no longer add access rights to new cameras to other users I previously invited and set up under the "People" section of the app (Settings > People). The app keeps throwing up an "Operation Failed" error when I hit save.

Removing and reinstalling the app still gives the same problem. Operation Failed.

I am having the same problem.  We just got a new doorbell, but i cannot save access to another admin on the account. I can't make any updates to the other admin's access (add or remove).

Same problem for me. I bought new doorbell and two cameras. I shared access to the doorbell with my wife's account just fine. But I get Operation Failed each time I try sharing the cameras to her account through the app. I'm using the android app.

I added a new camera to my system. My wife has a share of the account with all the current cameras. I went to my app under my admin and added the new camera to her share. Everytime I try to save it fails. Can't figure out why. Any ideas?

Can you update to the latest version of the android app 6.2.2 and tests again.
