Add spouse and guests

I have a wireless Arlo doorbell. I'm trying to add my spouse to the account but when she tries to log in, it keeps saying her request timed out no matter. What do I do? Also I'd like to add my in-laws temporarily as they'll stay in for a weekend. what's the best way to add guests for a limited period of time? Thank you in advance for the responses.
