AVD2001; Where's the Sync button?

I'm trying to change networks for my AVD2001 wire-free doorbell video cam. On my iOS app, I switched over to the new network, then switched to the Arlo app to change networks. When trying to change networks, I get the message "You need to press the sync button located on the back of your Arlo Video Doorbell to change the Network." So where is the sync button? I have looked all over the back of the unit, to no avail! (See image below.)
I'm trying to change networks because I want to install a doorbell chime, yet Arlo doesn't seem to like WiFi networks with non-alphanumeric passwords (such as my primary network) in such a case. This is the third doorbell I've ordered, and I keep running into roadblocks! This is souring my experience with Arlo...

Inside the hole between the two connectors. You can use an unbent paperclip to reach it. See page 6 of the manual here:
