ARLO SECURE PLAN FOR ARLO SMART HUB

With the $9.99 Arlo Secure Plan can two family members be in the arlo website at same time?  Currently, if I am in the app it shuts down if you husband is elsewhere and logs on.  This is aside from the invite I sent  - which he accepted.  But again, I would think that if I am in Florida and he's in CT, we would be able to be on at the same time.  Am I wrong?

This implies that the two of you are using the same login credentials. It seems like you're the owner of the cameras (primary user) so he, as a guest account, should log in using the credentials he supplied when accepting the invitation. That way, both of you can be logged in at the same time.
