Not receiving Notifications or recordings on Mobile Data

Hello, when im in the house connected to the wifi in the house I receive notifications always. When I’m not connected to the wifi I don’t receive anything at all, no feed and no recording in the app. I’ve been trying to see why this could be happening when everything has been enabled and it still doesnt work when im not toneccted to the wifi in the house pr another wifi

Have you checked if the app is allowed to use mobile data?
