I purchased an Arlo Essential Security Bundle on May 3rd 2023 and was supposed to get 3 months free cloud storage for free. I made the mistake of registering my credit card with them and I am getting a monthly charge for the past 2 months. The first month I called a support number and was reimbursed for that month. This month I was charged again but the person on the phone said that he could stop the charge but could not get my card reimbursed. With no phone support who can I talk to about getting that monthly fee reimbursed? Any help would be appreciated

If you need to contact support, you can do so by logging in to your Arlo Secure mobile app and navigate to Settings > Support. Form there you will be given contact options.
