Recently installed 4 essential spotlight cameras plus a doorbell. Everything has been working well. I am the primary account holder and my wife has been granted access. Yesterday alerts from the cameras did not show up in my library, however, my wife can see them in the library in her app/account. I’m sure it is something simple but I have not been able to determine what is wrong or what I may have inadvertently done. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

First step is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Any better?
