Details, all of them. What have you tried and what do you see? Have you tried the reset procedure of holding the Sync button on the bottom for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber?

Tried that. Camera shuts off literally 30 seconds after scanning the QR code, then the app says it's found the camera, except it didn't.
