I have 3 Arlo cameras that were left at the house we purchased. Serial numbers A5DF3C78D2D50, A5DF3B7GD05C1, and A5DF3B7UD0D44. The previous owners say they don’t have the ability to unregister them. Can you please assign them to my account or unlink them? Thanks!

For security reasons we do not have a way to unregister a camera from a previous owners account. However, looking into the serial numbers they do not appear to still be on an account. Have you tried doing a hard reset on the cameras and then adding them back onto the account?

Thanks so much, that’s a relief. However all 3 cameras still won’t connect. I’m on a 2.4ghz network. Tried two different devices with the Arlo app. I can scan the qr for network access, get the chime but “looking for your camera” never finds them. As soon as the screen appears the blue light stops flashing. I believe I’ve reset the cameras. When the amber light appears it blinks twice (not 3 times) then a pause, then a bunch of times before it stops. Any other ideas?

Are you connecting these cameras directly to Wi-Fi or is there a basestation? Have you tried to do it from the web browser instead of the app?
