Showing a camera on app

I removed and re added this camera to the hub because it wasn't working. Now my partner who has access to the arlo account cant see this camera

Do both accounts show "Feed" and "Dashboard" in their app menus?  Or does one show "Library"?

One simple solution is to have your partner use your Arlo credentials.

Did you go back into Shared Access to add the camera again? When you remove the camera, that also removes it from any shared accounts so it has to be added to their settings.
