Hi 

I've recently changed phones now the app says  to choose a plan I already have a plan which I keep getting charged for and there's no recording happening,som help pls

We need all details. WHich plan do you have? Are you the owner of the cameras and set them up or are they some that were shared to you? Are you using the same credentials to log into the app as before?
