I have 3 Essential VCM3080 cameras. Two can easily connect to my Verizon home WiFi 2.4ghz, one seems to try connecting then gets the amber light.
The one with trouble connecting WILL connect to my phones hotspot (also Verizon if that even matters). I just noticed this morning, the two without issues are on firmware 9.0.31 and say they are up to date. The one with issues is on 10.0.15 and also says it is up to date. All three cameras were acquired within about 2 weeks of each other.
I’ve seen in other tech where a future firmware version accidentally gets released early and causes chaos. Unfortunately, I’ve also seen that it is nearly impossible to roll said device back to a previous firmware version.
Any thoughts or suggestions? This troublesome camera was already warranty replaced, I’m just trying to resurrect it if possible.

Have you tried to do a reset on the camera that you are seeing that behavior on?
