Just checking on when you people will get the live streaming problem resolved because it's been over 3 months?! None of my 7 cameras work! Since you haven't figured it out by now, and because there is silence on the issue, it seems like you're planning on having it slide without resolution. Please advise because I'm about ready to drop Arlo to get a system from another company and file a law suit against Arlo.

As already indicated, live streaming still failed on a tablet versus phone
Also using the app, correct?

Yes using the app but when one goes to my.arlo.com as you previously suggested, you end up in the app upon clicking my devices. That's how it works for me. I'm not having the ability to do purely web based views of my cameras, if that is what you were suggesting to do? I suppose I could remove the app from the phone and tablet then try to log into my devices and see if live streaming fails then, because as it is now, the web based log in, automatically goes to the app when clicking my devices. Seems like it could possibly be a phone related issue, but I tried logging in on another phone and loading the app on another phone and got the same live streaming failures.

So you don't own a PC? As I've said more than once, my.arlo.com only gives you access to devices when you are using a PC browser. Not a tablet or phone, even if the browser is in "desktop mode". Uninstalling the app won't help.
I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN and @ShayneS - in hopes they will help.

No I don't own a PC, and I told you numerous times of what devices I am using and they always worked before in the past and arlo should get up to speed and really fix all their problems for people who use phone and tablet, which btw, is everyone. Do you still use a PC? So what changed to cause continuous live streaming failures? PLEASE ADVISE AND PLEASE FIX ONCE AND FOR ALL.

This is a user-to-user forum and I don't work for Arlo. I tagged the mods, and @BrookeN did send you a DM. Do you see the message when you check the mailbox icon in the upper right of the forum page?

Absolutely (and I am typing this on a PC now). You said what you were using, not what devices you had.
FWIW, over 80% of US households do have a PC. A similar percentage in Europe.

Regardless of your opinion on PC usage, that doesn't address the problem or resolution and you are a complete waste of my time. Don't contact me anymore unless you have a real viable solution that will work versus BS about PCs and your opinionated total junk, whoever the heck you are, your a fool. I'm reporting you to arlo.
