First try connecting them to your home wifi for a day or so, to make sure the firmware is up to date.

My WMC3080 is running firmware 9.0.31_02b8a8c

They have been connected to my Wi-Fi for 3 days now and the firmware version for all four cameras are 9.0.31_02b8a8c.  The SmartHub firmware version is 1.29.1.0_1974_07374b3.  When I try to connect the camera, it still only gives me the option to connect to Wi-Fi and not SmartHub/Base Station.

If I am unable to connect these cameras to my SmartHub for local recording, then I am going to have to return them for a refund.

So the firmware on both the cameras and the smarthub is up-to-date.

Did you try doing a hardware reset on the camera after removing it from your account? - pressing the pairing button until the camera LED flashes amber (~ 15 sec).

If you have multiple locations set up, then make sure you choose the location of the base station before going into "add device".
