I received the following email:

Arlo Support is awaiting your response to your case number 45369015 regarding connectivity issues with reference number AD2126KT01BBF, and if not responded to within 4 days, your case will be automatically closed.

This case was not completed. I desperately need help connecting my Arlo doorbell.  I spoke with several reps and they tried to help me connect but they were unsuccessful. Can we please schedule someone to come to my house and connect my  doorbell please.

My phone number is

Veronica Jennische

The easiest and fastest thing to do is to go into the new router's settings for WiFi and change the SSID and password to what was used with the old router's WiFi. Any device that was previously connected to the old WiFi with then automatically connect to the new one with this change.

I have reached out to our escalated support to reach out to you. We do not have anyone that can install it for you. However, they may be able to assist you further in helping with getting it up and working.

While Arlo doesn't do this, if you are in the US you could use HelloTech.  They will of course charge.

Hello,

Yes will someone please contact me to help with "connecting" my Arlo doorbell camera to my internet. I changed internets at the beginning of the year and I have not been able to get the Arlo doorbell to connect to my new email. It was working perfectly fine before.

Thank you so much,
