Help with constant connecting issues

Help please!!  Once a week (last week it happened twice) my camera will not connect. To fix the issue i would have to turn the camera off for a few minutes and then back on. Is everyone else having this issue and how do you permanently fix it?

If you can't connect to the camera, how are you turning it off and back on?
