3rd gen doesn’t show up on device list

Hello Arlo Support,
I recently purchased an Arlo Essential Indoor Camera (3rd Generation) and am unable to complete the setup because the 3rd Gen model does not appear as an option in my Arlo Secure App.
When I navigate to Devices → Add Device → Cameras → Essential Series → Plug-In Cameras, I only see the 2nd Generation Indoor Camera option, not the 3rd Generation model that matches my camera.

I understand from other users that 3rd Generation camera support may need to be manually enabled on my account. Could you please enable 3rd Generation camera support for my account so I can complete the setup?
I have the camera ready to install and would appreciate your help resolving this as soon as possible.

It's likely you're in a country/region where the 3rd gen cameras haven't rolled out. Where are you located?
