Position

Does anyone else camera get stuck in a position and doesn’t return to its home position until you recalibrate it. This happens a little to often for me like every few hours I find myself having to recalibrate because it’s stuck and the position is facing down so I’m missing days worth of footage if I don’t think to check it ?

Is this occurring after the camera detects motion? Is it occurring on both devices (if it's only one device, can you PM me with the last four of the serial number of that device)?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I’ve done everything you could possibly do. I’ve spoken with members of Arlo and nothing seems to work. Resetting it, recalibrating it etc. I’m honestly just over it and am thinking about canceling it .
