Hello, 

I have a camera that is not recording now that the initial trial is over, so I paid for a subscription and it is still not recording. I need to contact customer service and when I do I am told that I need a subscription, which I have... help! I am paying for a product that is not working and I am paying for a service I cannot access -

Check your subscription status to verify it's there and the camera(s) are in it.

Try removing the camera from the account and re-adding it as if it were new. Do you still experience the same behavior?
