I believe I have the essentials outdoor second generation VMC 2050 camera it was working great up until I purchased the $4.99 per month subscription, now I’m getting notifications but I’m not getting any recordings. I’ve looked through the whole community feed about similar issues and I’ve checked all the modes and made sure each away standby and home modes were all set to record What other options do I have?

It'd be helpful to know for certain what you have.

 

You will find a VMCxxxx label on Essential cameras.  The print is low-contrast, so sometimes hard to spot.  You can also go into the support area of the app, and select the product ID field.  Then scroll down to the Product ID field.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Have you double-checked that the camera is actually in the subscription plan?

LK2011,

 

Try removing the camera from the account and re-adding it as if it were new. Do you still experience the same behavior?
