A couple of weeks after my trial subscription ended I did purchase a subscription. I also changed internet providers during the time I had let the trial subscription lapse. Since, neither of my cameras will connect to my internet. I have followed all directives, suggestions and trouble shooting with no success. I have wasted hours of my time and purchased a new router so all equipment is new and meets requirements. My arlo cameras are VMC 3050 and VMC 2060. The VMC 2060 is unresponsive when plugged in. The 3050 is responsive in the way the blue and red lights function but that is all neither can be discovered or added as a device. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I spent hundreds of dollars and got 30 days use of my cameras and not one day since I subscribed. There is no customer service, I would like Arlo to either assist me in getting these slightly used cameras functioning again or buy them back so I may try another brand. Another possible cause to the issues I am having is that this is my 2nd set of cameras. I had an older camera and base station from 2018. I recieved a notification from arlo that the base station and camera where at their eol. I recycled both only to have arlo only send push notifications to the recycled device. I have tried to remove it as a device, but it is always the first device arlo sends notifications to and will not accept the phone I would like to have notices sent to. It seems as if arlo devices are not compatible to changes such as internet or new devices. I completely regret this purchase.

Push notifications are sent to your phone, not to hubs or cameras. So this comment confuses me. Can you provide more info on what you are seeing?

Have you tried resetting the cameras (pressing the button until the LED flashes amber - about 15 seconds)?
Are you trying to add them using an iPhone 15? There are several users who have posted that they cannot get the cameras to install with that phone. Either way, I suggest trying an install using a PC (logging into my.arlo.com).
