Firmware not up to date

When checking the firmware is not the recommended one. May this be contributing to all my ongoing issues?

I have a VMC3050. I am based in NZ.

The firmware is not 1.3.1 and no choice to update it.

Correct. The firmware versions listed here in the community are not always available at the same time for each region.

 

If the app does not notify that a new firmware version is available, you have the latest version available in your region.

Firmware is frequently rolled out in stages so NZ may not yet be eligible to update. @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN can you verify?

That's a shame because at night I also get the pink screen on occasion. I see the new firmware has a bug fix for this
