I purchased a new Essential camera, and I’m experiencing an issue with videos not displaying on my SD card. All my other cameras show up on the card. I’ve noticed that on the older cameras, when I view the screens in the device area, there is an SD card icon in the lower right corner, along with battery power and Wi-Fi strength icons. These icons don’t appear on the new camera's screen. Any help with this problem will be appreciated. Keith

Is the camera connected to the smarthub, or is it connected to your home wifi?
Is the camera armed?

Since my last post, I have noticed that my videos from the camera are being recorded to the cloud and not to the local SD card. I don't know how to get it to change over. All my other cameras are sending videos to the SD card?

Is local storage set up in the smarthub?
If you aren't seeing the recordings when you press "local" in the app, then you should try ejecting the SD card from the app and connecting it directly to your PC. Then look for recordings.
