VMC3050 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULLY CHARGE CAMERA WITH usb

How long does it take to fully charge an outdoor camera with a usb inside the house.  I just bought 3 cameras and per the package, they are only partially charged.  How can I tell when they're fully charged?

The LED on the camera face will be solid blue when charging is complete.

They should charge in 2.5-3 hours. That may be shorter due to the partial charge but allot that amount of time.
