Onboarding fails at the last step - after firmware update both on wifi and via base station. I performed multiple camera factory resets, used different mobile devices, checked using 2.4 GHz same wifi network etc. There are no fault codes. I am out of ideas.

If you just continue does it show in your account, perhaps with a red "!" in the camera in Devices?

When trying to connect via Wifi, yes it does. When I select the red ! I am instructed to complete onboarding. This continues to fail as before. This is the screen in this case, this screen does not change - I have waited up to 30 minutes.

When trying to onboard via the base station, this below is the final fail screen: of course trying again does not change the result.

WHen you reset, did you follow this FAQ fully?

If so, it may be a faulty camera. The fastest solution would be to swap at the store.
