Subscription plans doesn't show up

Hi, couple months ago i bought an arlo essential security cameras for my garage and my home when i was in United States but now im in Turkiye but when i trying to buy a new plans for my camera i can't see the plans in Chrome, Safari, or Arlo app. Could you please help me about it? i want to subscribe to use additional specs. You can reply me on here and also  my mail adress. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out. The reason the plans aren't showing up is that Arlo Secure is not currently available in Türkiye. Arlo Secure plans are region specific and are only offered in certain countries. Since your cameras were purchased in the United States but you're now located in Türkiye, the subscription plans won't appear in the app or on the web.

Additionally, Arlo cameras and devices are designed for use in the country in which they were purchased, so you may experience some limitations with setup and functionality when using them in a different region.
