Person recognition

I want to know if anyone else is having a problem locating person recognition. At first the person recognition was assigning pictures to already created profiles, and it was assigning the wrong pictures of persons. So for instance it would take a picture of Jane doe when in fact it was really John Doe. It was assigning the wrong pictures. Then I placed a support call to aFlo and now the whole feature does not exist on the app. Person recognition has disappeared. Does anyone else know why this is happening or what I am doing wrong. You use to click the person icon on the top left side, then click locations and settings under whatever you named it as, and then click devices, then click the person recognition feature and then you could delete or rename the pictures that were assigned. Now that option does not exist. I need help.
