Hope all's well. I need to return Essential Outdoor 2nd Gen to the Amazon, and my country customs are asking for the SDS report. Could you please provide the battery report of VMC3050? I already checked the Article ID: 000063046, but it seems that the report A-19 is missing.

It's a requirement for the return process. Thanks a bunch for your quick help and cooperation!

You may need to reach out to Arlo support in your region to gather the needed information. You can find Arlo Support within the Arlo app under Settings > Support to open a ticket in your region.
