Renewed my subscription, 2nd generation camera is not recognised.

I renewed my subscription days ago through Google Play, but the camera, 2nd generation is not recognised. I have tried half a dozen times for the blue light to show it has recognised the camera, but nothing happens. How many times do I keep trying,

Google Play doesn't charge for Arlo - you use Paypal or a credit card. Are you sure you're looking at the bill correctly? Is it a possible scam?
A reset of the camera may well help.

Having a subscription has nothing to do with connecting the camera to your account.
We need all details as you what you've tried and what you see. For starters, did you charge the camera fully first? The blue LED should light up solidly when fully charged. What does the camera LED show when trying to discover it? Every detail counts.

I have been using the security camera for nearly 12 months with out any problems at all. I overlooked paying my subscription, Google Play, emailed me saying my subscription would be cancelled hence my thought it must have something to do with not being able to pair the camera. Seems it may need resetting.
