Two major things.
1. I am running 18 cameras and randomly one or two will go OFFLINE. Sometimes it will go back online in a few hours or a few days but I can't have them doing that. A lot of times I have to go the camera and re-install it. This is happening every week and it is NOT acceptable for my use.
2. The new software does not meet my needs. One feature i relied on was the creation of of my own modes per camera or for only a couple at a time. Now there are only 3 modes that cover all and with 18 cameras this isn't supplying my needs. Some cameras on the old software i had customized up to 4 Modes each.
I will be having all my cameras up for sale once i get them all replaced. I decided to change and get away from Arlo. They lost the quality of operations and I DO NOT RECOMMEND Arlo cameras anymore. I am tired of the problems and they NOT RELIABLE anymore.

Hi @N4QMI
Can you pm me with the last 4 of the serial number for the affected devices? This sounds like a range or interference symptom. I see a few of your devices have a high RSSi value which means it's likely having some issues with range.
Also, We’ve heard your feedback, and the development team is working hard to deliver a similar custom modes experience that legacy users have come to enjoy while maintaining all the new improvements and features included in the latest version of the Arlo Secure App.

I will get a list of all the cameras that have randomly gone offline.. keep in mind that a couple of them are 20 feet or less from the wifi and they have had full strength signal. Signal doesn't appear to be the problem. On one network the camera closest to the wifi went offline and the other with only 2 bars stayed online.
I will get the list to you soon.

There is also another issue that is concerning, my brother and I both monitor these cameras. When we get an alert on one, only one person can go live with the camera. We both use to be able to go live at the same time.
Also, on the web based when a camera detects motion and starts recording I can't go live with the camera at all. I monitor a lot with my computer and this is not acceptable to me.
