I dont get a recording from my Essential outdoor 2K despite having a subscription for multiple cameras. I get recording for the other cameras. Both older ones outside subscription and new one (doorbell 2K) selected in the subscription. I have done everything suggested in the Arlo troubleshoot, logged out from app. Restarted the camera. Reinstalled the camera. Factory reset the camera. Nothing helps. This camera recorded fine while still in the trial period. Now i pay and it dont work! I have tried to remove and re add it (drag and drop) to the active cameras in camera selection for the subscription. What can I do?

I found the solition now! There is a setting in the ”history” menu. (Maybe this is called ”library” in the english version?)

In the top right there is a symbol with three dots. This open a history setting. In this setting menu all cameras was checked but my Essential 2K for some reason. I have never seen this setting page. Anyway i checked it and now it works.
Thanks for the hint of trying manual recording. This gave me a new way to work around this. You saved my day!

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?  (If you have 2K livestreaming enabled in the app, then temporarily disable it before checking this).

Ah, yes can record manually. Now I also see the earlier recordings in the recordings in the camera specific history. It is just that it dont get ”transferred” to the ”history” menu in the app.  Im not sure it is called ”history” in the english app, Im using the Swedish version. But i mean the menu where all the recordings/events show up. All events from all the other cameras show there. Is there a setting for this?

It's called "Feed Settings" in the English version.  It filters the feed - which can be helpful if you have a flood of recordings you want to ignore.  The settings are "sticky" - staying in place until you go in and change them again.
