No alerts and no video recording

For the last month, I have been having issues with no recordings and no alerts. I have tried everything from factory resets to a full uninstall and reinstall of the app, but I'm still not getting any alerts or recordings.

Is there something I'm missing, or is there another problem with Alro services?

my subscription expires on February 27, 2025

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Hi, 

Yes i have recorded a 20sec footage which now shows in my feed. 

I have seen others with the same problem and looks like Arlo support needs to update something there end

That confirms the subscription status.

 

Have you double-checked the mode(s) you are using - making sure there is a rule for the camera that is set to notify and record?

Yes, the away mode is set to record and notify.

Known issue, contact ARLO support to get a help ticket.  We have been waiting over a month as the "engineers" work on a fix.

How do you submit a help ticket? i have looked over the website, the app etc but all seem to be less than helpful.

Go to Arlo.com click on support.   I use the live chat. (lower right, box with 3 dots)

Once you make contact with a person they'll open the help ticket for your case.

Or use the support center in the app.

That will give you the option of phone support.
