LED stopped working

My camera's LEDs stopped working, I thought I had disabled Spotlight from the app but no, they only stopped working suddenly and although the camera is still working, it is no longer possible to view color images in the dark. I'm in Mexico and I don't know how to solve it.

Can you try removing and reinstalling the camera to see if this resolves the spotlight symptom?
