I can't open phone app

My phone app will not open.  It just stays on the first logo screen no matter which device I use.  I've Cleared storage and the cashe, deleted the app data and uninstalled the app and restarted my router. Sometimes I can get on the app for a few minutes and then I can't get back in.  This has been happening all week.   I have a paid subscription.
