I was sent an email to my phone for $4.99 a month for security subscription for my Arlo to cameras but was never sent the promo code. Did anyone receive the promo code and if so, what is the code to get this offer thank you

Buyers regret, getting online now to warn people DO NOT BUY Arlo Cameras, NO SUPPORT, Subscriptions are way too high and increasing annually.  Send an offer for subscription but needs a PROMO CODE, no code given so worthless.  Shame on this Company.
