Hi. I need to take down my Arlo Essential Solar panel camera. It has charged down and I need to recharge it. All the instructions I find say to turn the camera counterclockwise and align the small notch on device and tab on mount together, then push in and turn counter clock wise to get the camera off the mount. Problem is. I have no small notch or tab. It's a smooth base and I am at a loss as to how to remove my camera. This has been a frustrating experience for me. Any help would be appreciated very much!

You should see a triangle somewhere on the edge of the base. When you find it, slide the camera+base in that direction. It should lift off.
If that doesn't work for you, just twist the entire camera to unscrew the base from the camera. Then you will be able to remove the base from the part that is attached to the wall, and then screw it all back together indoors.
