Can any Arlo Camera device save history for a certain length of time, (say a week or two) without buying a subscription?

Camera models prior to the arlo ultra camera were bundled with free 7days cloud storage, unfortunately arlo placed a subscription requirement on newer camera models for that cloud recording storage.

 

Arlo provided a workaround to give app users access to the backup storage device using their arlo hub models 4540/5000 with limitations.
