Went through the process of raising a RMA for a faulty Essentials camera in Dec 2024. 

Since then have called several times looking for my replacement. Every operator just says don't worry you will have it in a few days and cant tell me any more details.

I'm positive no replacement has even been processed and they are just waiting for me to give up.

 

Such a useless customer support team to have to try and deal with.

I apologize for the poor support experience. I see your open RMA ticket and it appears it is currently in process. I've escalated the ticket and requested an immediate status update. An agent will be reaching out to you with more information as soon as possible.
