My credit card I used for autopay for Arlo Secure was compromised. I received a new card. My last payment was autopay was for August 15 and the card was cancelled by then. I need to enter my new card number, and I cannot get it done usng the procedures I found on line. Logged my problem on a chat session. I cannot speak to an agent until I provide the code they said they would send to my email. The emails are never arriving in my IN box or my SPAM folder. The email they are sending to is the corrrect one. In short, my payment is due but I cannot get an agent who will work with me on method to enter my new card number. I've spent a couple hours on this. Need some help.
