I get 4 alerts per video that is recorded, I have an iPhone and I have the videos set to record for a set amount of time. Not sure why this is happening but it’s driving me crazy

Qrylander,
Are the alerts all identical? Do they have the same labels (Motion, audio, etc.)? Is it consistent with every trigger or is the issue intermittent?

Here. I also have an issue where no matter what camera I put in my driveway, which is 20 ft from my router, the camera completely stops working and I cannot access it, it also stops detecting motion at night. The support team on the phone has been unbelievable rude and disrespectful so I am out of options

Can you measure the wifi speed at the camera location with your phone? Use the free Ookla app (speedtest), and turn off mobile data when you make the test. The upload speed measurement is the important one (as is packet loss).
Even though the distance is short, there can be stuff on the path between the router and the camera that can interfere with the signal. A chimney or plumbing stack inside the wall, an appliance blocking the path, flashing or other metal in the wall construction, etc. Measuring the wifi speed (and packet loss if you see it) is the best way to rule that possibility out.

Signal is strong and speed hovers between 750mbs and 1 gig.
i noticed the issue when i reset all the cameras and deleted the app after i had issues with the motion detection.

Yep. I have 3 extenders that are rated for a much larger house so they are overkill. I get my Wi-Fi signal at my neighbors. The Wi-Fi is strong. The multiple notifications happened when I deleted and reared camera/deleted the app and redownloaded. If I add a schedule it shows I have 6 accounts

Are you looking at link speed? Or measuring throughput with speedtest?
Note the Gen 2 cameras are 2.4 ghz only, and that certainly can't run at > 750 mbps (no matter what the link speeds say).

Haven’t checked that. I will when I get home. What’s the solution to that?

The first step is to see if it is an issue, or whether it can be ruled out.
If it is an issue, then the only options are to either
- improve the wifi speed at that specific location
- move the camera to a spot with better wifi

Close or not, you often can't access it. The most common cause of that issue is a connection problem.
As I tried to say earlier, it is possible that something is blocking the signal path to between the camera and the wifi. There have been cases here where a pipe stack or something similar (stove hood, a metal appliance, ...) blocks the signal.
So it'd be helpful to check the wifi speed at that spot, if only to rule that out as a cause.

Was there ever an update to this? I feel I've been getting double notifications for the last couple months. I have animated notifications turned OFF for what it's worth. I have each of my front house cameras set to recognize People, Animals, and Vehicles. I also have "All Motion" checked. Could this be what's doing it?
