Novice to security camera. Got wireless as wired would be difficult to set up. Mistake? Have ISP AT&T router. Service through Sonic Net.  5 GHz with only one name.

Turned off 5 GHz. Set to 2.4 so Arlo will connect. Five trials. Pressed button on top, blue light flickering five trials. Tried Amber light sequence three times. WiFi and Arlo App password on Samsung A25 phone is correct. But get persistent message password incorrect. It's not recognizing wifi/network? How to make it see movement, capture pictures, and transmit to camera?

Told I can call the router different name. Would then see two different networks from mobile phone, then how to choose the one for Arlo?

Are there security cameras that use 5 GHz? Do I have to reduce the speed to change the security cameras every time take them down to recharge or only initial setup? Do I need to  update the Arlo app and/or the camera? Talking with support for three hours did not help.  Will appreciate help. Thank you.

Some possible issues: - Make sure your SSID and password have no special characters or spaces - Make sure the router is set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption, not WPA3 - Verify that the SSID and password entries don't have a leading or trailing space that sometimes happens with copy and paste
