I have a subscription for my account so I have several cameras above the 5 free limit. All were working fine yesterday. Today one of them that is at our beach house 325 miles away just disappeared from my account.  The others at this location are working fine.  It is like I removed it completely (but didn't).  Any ideas?  I can try to add it back next time I am there but I'm just wondering what happened.  TIA.

Hokiehall,

A few questions to better understand the behavior you're experiencing:

What model camera was this?

Did you notice the camera dropping offline or anything other out of the ordinary behavior before this occured?

Are you using a shared access account or are you viewing from the primary account?

It is the Essential model.  There are 3 others of this model at this location which is remote from my main location. I was viewing on my primary account. It was fine the night before it disappeared as if I removed it, but didn't.  I won't get back to this location until later this week and will attempt to add it back to the account.

I attempted to add the camera back to my account but it is completely dead. Battery  is fully charged but the sync button does nothing. The camera is just dead.  Less that six months old.

Did you try the reset procedure?

You can use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see if official support will offer an RMA.

I would have except the camera removed itself from my account and is completely non responsive. Sync button is dead. Battery is fully charged but the camera is completely dead. It will go to our local electronics recycling center.
