Hello,
I have my arlo camera system connected to my homekit. I have 2 apple tvs with the same username.
On one i see the cameras and images and get smart notifications but on the 2nd apple tv i see the cameras but with grey image and with the message "No response".
How can i get the 2nd one working? I have tried to reset, re-login but with no success.

Is there anything different about the second Apple TV device? Is it a different model? If it's working on one Apple TV with no issue, it would seem there is something wrong with the other Apple TV, not the way the Arlo devices are connected to Apple Home.

Both are apple tvs 4k - one 2nd gen and one 3rd gen. both the same tvOs 18.1. On both i see the list of cameras, i can select and modify the settings in settings/airplay and home kit/ cameras&doorbells but on only one and always the same apple tv i can also see the actual image from the cameras.
